PRE PRODUCTION

The pre-production phase of a content production process is an important step that lays the foundation for the success of the final product. It involves planning, organizing, and preparing all the necessary elements before the actual production takes place.

It includes concept development, scriptwriting, casting, location scouting, equipment preparation, and scheduling.

The goal of the pre-production phase is to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently, resulting in a high-quality final product. It requires careful planning, attention to detail, and a clear vision of the end goal.

Below we dive deeper in some key steps involved in the pre-production phase.

PRE PRODUCTION PHASE

1. Concept Development

The concept development phase is a really crucial part of the content creation process. It ensures that we're on the same page and creating content that's really going to connect with your audience and help you achieve your goals.

We conduct thorough research and collaborate closely with our clients to develop core ideas and messaging that will guide content creation.

We brainstorm concepts, gather client feedback, and refine until we land on a final concept. This concept serves as the foundation for all future content creation, aligning with the client's goals and messaging.

2. Scriptwriting

Once the concept is finalized, the script is written to create a blueprint of the final content. This includes creating an outline of the content, writing a detailed script, and preparing a storyboard or visual plan.

During the script writing phase, we work closely with our clients to create engaging and effective video content that aligns with their goals and messaging. We conduct research on their industry and target audience, develop an outline, write the script, and revise until we arrive at a final version.
